Pricing
Paid once. For your wedding.
Not a subscription, not per guest, and not a free tier that stops working the week you need it. Build the whole wedding for free, and pay when you are ready to invite people.
How much does a wedding app cost?
We Do costs $79.99 to $129.99, paid once for your wedding rather than as a monthly subscription. There is no per-guest charge and no cost to guests. Couples can build their entire wedding for free first, including the schedule, seating, budget and RSVPs, and only pay at the point they want to invite real guests into it.

What free actually gets you
The free version is not a trial with a clock on it and it is not a stripped-down preview. It is the whole app in a sandbox.
You can build your schedule, add your guest list, lay out the seating chart, set up the budget, write your trivia questions and see exactly how the guest side will look. Your work is saved. Nothing expires.
The one thing free cannot do is invite real guests. That is the deliberate wall, and it is the honest place to put one: everything before it is you deciding whether this is worth paying for, and you should be able to do that with the real thing rather than a screenshot.
Why it is not a subscription
A wedding is one day. Charging monthly for it means either the couple pays for months they are not using the product, or they cancel immediately afterwards and the pricing was a subscription in name only.
The one honest argument for a subscription is the planning period, which does run for a year or more. We would rather charge once and keep the photo wall open afterwards than bill someone every month during the most expensive year of their life.
There is no cost to guests, no ads shown to them, and no charge that scales with how many people come.
What is not included
Being straight about this is more useful than a longer feature list.
- Printing. Table cards come out of the app print-ready, in your colours. Actually printing them is on you, and any home printer or print shop will do it.
- A screen at the venue. The photo slideshow and the trivia host need a TV or projector in the room. Most reception venues have one. Ask before you rent.
- A DJ. The DJ portal is a tool for the DJ you already booked, not a replacement for one.
- Your photographer. The photo wall collects what your guests shot. It does not collect what a professional would have.
Common questions
How much does We Do cost?
Silver is $79.99, Gold is $99.99 and Diamond is $129.99, each paid once for your wedding. There is no subscription, no per-guest charge, and no cost to guests.
Is there a free version of We Do?
Yes, and it is the full app rather than a preview. You can build your entire wedding in it, including seating, budget, schedule and RSVPs, and your work is saved. The only thing it cannot do is invite real guests, which is the point at which you pay.
Do guests have to pay anything?
No. Guests pay nothing, see no ads, and are never asked for an email address. The couple pays once.
Can we upgrade after buying a plan?
Yes, and you pay only the difference rather than the full price of the higher plan.
Is We Do a monthly subscription?
No. A wedding is one day, so charging monthly would mean billing for months nobody is using. It is a single payment per wedding and the photo wall stays open afterwards.
Which plan do we need for song requests and games?
Diamond at $129.99. That plan carries the features a vendor runs from the booth during the reception: the DJ and photographer portals, song requests, trivia and madlibs, the photo TV slideshow and video uploads.
